Not So New Vehicles
Vehicles no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty can have almost all aspects of repairs and servicing carried out at All Mechanical Services. Log Book servicing procedures can be continued accurately after warranty has expired to extend the life of your vehicle. We work on most makes and models and have access to a wide range of new and used parts.
Lube Servicing - Basic Service
A lube (or basic) service DOES NOT follow the manufacturers procedure BUT DOES give you peace of mind. In a lube service we change the engine oil and filter. We also check the brakes, test brake fluid, check the exhaust system, check and adjust tyre pressures on all tyres (including the spare) and check tread depth and wear patterns for any possible alignment issues. All belts and hoses get checked as is the air filter. The coolant is checked for condition anhd correct level and all other fluid levels are checked. We check all your lights and the parking brake (handbrake). This is a thorough check over of your vehicle.
Note. We do not check spark plugs or other 'tune up' items in a lube service.
